Sorry I havent posted in a while, had a friend over for the weekend and now I get to spend the scariest day of the year with my 5 year old daughter, Princess Jasmine.

Originally, I planned on playing Battlefield 3 which released yesterday to reclaim my #1 rank to put on my resume of video game accomplishments.  However, after playing BETA I was let down as I felt the game was too much like COD and really had no interest in pursuing my goal.  I am still going to play it but with limited expectations so you may see some footage of it on my blog.

As a guild we are going to give Guild Wars 2 a shot.  We are all attracted by the even playing field mechanics.  I also think alot of us are going to play Star Wars and Diablo 3.  Which games I play are going to be based on release dates which no one really knows yet.

As for real life, I am actually contemplating following my passion and currently trying to get my foot in the door in the video game industry.  I am fortunate to live in Orange County, CA which has numerous companies based here such as Blizzard and Carbine Studios.  Unfortunately, my resume is focused on the financial markets and have no actual experience in the video game industry other than being a top-tier player in almost any genre of video games.  If someone knows someone that could possibly help me in achieving this transition please let me know.
